All our products have a warranty that covers manufacture defects of the product. Our warranty does not cover any resale products and is valid only for the original owners of products purchased from our official website/authorized retailer.

- EGER Electronic Game Calls – one year limited warranty from the date of purchase;
- EGER External Speakers – one year limited warranty from the date of purchase;
- Extension cables, split cables and power cables – 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase;
- Accessory bags and phone covers – 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Please, note that the Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The Warranty shall be deemed void if the Customer fails to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an electronic receipt. The Warranty shall be deemed void if the serial number of the electronic product is damaged and/or illegible. The Warranty shall also be deemed void if the product has suffered any physical damage, intentional and/or accidental (including, but not limited to fall damage, water damage, incorrect use and/or operation out of accord with the user guide, damage caused due to the improper connection of batteries or external power sources). The Warranty shall also be deemed void if the product has undergone any unauthorized disassembly, repairs or modification.
Please, also note that we are happy to offer a repair service for all our electronic devices regardless of the warranty period. If the product is past the warranty period all repairs and spare parts will be provided at the expense of the Customer.
