All accepted Orders are subject to full payment in advance. If we fail to receive the payment within 5 days from the date of placing the Order, Your Order will be automatically cancelled.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. The Goods are shipped from the Republic of Kazakhstan. Orders within Kazakhstan and Eurasian Economic Union shall be processed within 5 business days from the moment of receiving the payment from the Customer and shall be shipped via CDEK service by default. All other international orders shall be processed within 10 business days from the moment of receiving the payment from the Customer, and shall be shipped via DHL/UPS/FEDEX or another shipping agent agreed by the parties.
The Customer is welcome to request shipment via any other service that is operating on the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan. To do so, please, contact our customer support at care.zzkz@gmail.com.
